Expert Distillery Cleaning Services
This month, we were on several sites for one of our valued distillery customers, carrying out a range of cleaning works including the Stills, Spirit Receiver, Low Wines and Feints, Pot Ale Tank, Mash Tun, Concentrate Tank and Condenser. On this job, we High-Pressure washed the baked-on sugar scale from the Pot Ale Tank to strip it down to the bare metal and allow for vital third-party tank inspections to take place during this silent season period.
The project utilised a powerful combination of our Amphitec BVV-Force vacuum tanker, our new Rioned ProfiJet mobile jetting unit, and of course the expertise of our Confined Space Rescue team.
This is just one of many successful distillery projects we’ve completed, with others including cleaning of Silos, Boilers, Interceptors and Distillery Floors, plus a rapid response emergency Bulk Grain Transfer.
