Expanding Merkland Tank Certifications 2026
We are delighted to have successfully passed our annual ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 surveillance audit, and have maintained our ‘Excellent’ rating with Achilles!
This month, we have also retained our Constructionline Gold and SafeContractor certifications, demonstrating that Merkland Tank can meet the strict quality, health, safety and environmental compliance criteria across multiple industries, and deliver the sector-specific services they need.
Thanks to our HSE & Compliance Manager, Thomas Hopkins, for all of his hard work throughout the audits. Commenting on the audit process, Thomas said:
“We were very happy to welcome our NQA and Achilles auditors to Merkland, looking forward to their input and any potential improvements that may come from their visit. Having both audits back-to-back like this, really gave us the feeling that what we are doing is working well.

It is always great to see the teams performing on site and handling any scrutiny from the auditors.
