Getting up to speed on spill response, first aid and fleet operations
Investing in our people is an important value here at Merkland Tank and we always make sure our team’s skills and knowledge are on point!
In October 2026, we were pleased to kick off a series of in-house refresher training courses for our operatives, including first aid, spill response, harness care and breathing apparatus set-up.
We also ran additional refresher sessions for some of our team on the impressive capabilities of our fleet, including the advanced recycling power of our Müller and Jet Vac units, as well as the specialist operations of our heavy-duty CycloVac Pro Skytipper, equipped with 45-degree hydraulic hi-tipping mechanism!
Thanks to everyone who took part. Regular training keeps our skills sharp and safety at the heart of everything we do on site.
